Merlot from Beciul Domnesc (Romania)

Beciul Domnesc Merlot, a red-ruby demi-sec wine, obtained from grape varieties grown in the vineyards of the Cotești region.

The tasting note presents us with fresh fruity aromas, black currants, ripe cherries, and raspberries, on the palate, a soft attack, light tannins, and a finish of good length, creating memories and emotions.

Goes well with mature cheeses, lamb, beef, grilled venison, side dishes with hearty sauces, mushrooms and pepper, and desserts with a lot of chocolate.
