Description

Beciul Domnesc Pinot Noir (Romania)

A crimson red wine with purple hues with intense notes of red and black berries, enveloped in the fine perfume of violets and rich and velvety aromas of blueberries, cranberries and juicy cherries, complemented by spicy accents on the finish.
The Pinot Noir variety is a difficult one, but the climatic context of the area is favourable for the development of an intensely aromatic, easily identifiable taste. The range is sensual and presents a good balance between alcohol, aroma and tannins.

Its complexity is slightly accentuated by the use of oak wood, and freshness is ensured by the early bottling of the wine. The wine goes very well with Cheese, olives, mushroom and cheese pizza, red meat lasagna, pork roasts, beef, assorted salads, and chocolate desserts.

The ideal serving temperature is 14-16 °C.
