Description
Grigorescu Demisec from Jidvei (Romania)
Grigorescu Demisec is a wine obtained from grape varieties grown in plots from the Tarnavelor Valley region. The tasting note presents a dry straw-yellow wine, floral aromas, acacia flowers, elder flowers, notes of freshly cut grass, and grapefruit, on the palate fresh, silky, slightly mineral, with a medium-length finish, fruity, and elegant.
It can be served as an aperitif but also accompanies meals with fresh cheeses, cheese, olives, grilled fish dishes, and fruity desserts.
A serving temperature of 8-10C is recommended.
Demisec white wine 12% vol. alc., with the controlled designation of origin, picked at full maturity, Tarnave Jidvei, Romania.
Tasting/Serving notes: The Dry Muscat wine from the Grigorescu Range from Jidvei, also called “Tarnavelor’s Nectar”, is an energetic, delicate and refreshing wine, with a complex and persistent bouquet of honey, elder, acacia flowers and linden.
